U15 Hurlers – Development Afternoon
The U15 Hurlers held a team development afternoon on Saturday March 1st in CBS The Green Tralee.
They worked on activation, recovery, S&C and Hurling skills/pitch awareness. The afternoon ended with a workshop on player responsibilities, principles of play and goal setting.
The panel attended Austin Stack Park afterwards to cheer the Senior Hurlers to victory against Meath.
