Autumn Workshops – Health & Wellbeing Committee
Kerry GAA Health & Wellbeing Committee is delighted to host a series of Autumn Workshops across several districts in County Kerry this October.
These workshops aim to encourage important conversations around health and wellbeing while helping to build healthier, safer, and stronger communities within our clubs and across the county.
Whether you are a player, coach, volunteer, parent, or club member, these workshops provide an opportunity to learn, connect with others, and contribute to creating a positive and supportive environment for all.

- 📍 Wednesday 7 October – Michael J. Quill Centre, Kilgarvan
- 📍 Thursday 8 October – Listowel Arms Hotel, Listowel
- 📍 Thursday 22 October – The Rose Hotel, Tralee
- 📍 Tuesday 27 October – Skellig Hotel, Dingle
- 📍 Wednesday 28 October – The Heights Hotel, Killarney
On the Night
The workshops will feature presentations and discussions on a range of important topics, including:
- Health and wellbeing supports from the HSE
- Inclusivity and creating welcoming club environments
- Substance use awareness
- Money muling and online financial safety
- Movember: Ahead of the Game mental fitness programme
