Reminder of County League Rules:
PROMOTION AND RELEGATION
1) In Divisions 1 to 5 (inclusive), the top placed team will be deemed the league winners.
2) In Divisions 2 to 6 (inclusive), the top 3 placed teams will be promoted.
3) In Divisions 1 to 5 (inclusive), the bottom 3 placed teams will be relegated.
4) In Division 7 the top two teams will be promoted
5) In Division 6 the bottom 2 teams will be relegated.
6) Fixtures fulfilled will be considered when deciding placing, where teams finish level on points. In the issue of Division Winners, Promotion and Relegation, teams not fulfilling fixtures will be dealt with as follows:
- Division Winners: In the event of teams finishing level on points, the team with most fixtures fulfilled will be deemed league winners.
- Promotion: In the event of teams finishing level on points, the team with most fixtures fulfilled will be promoted.
- Relegation: In the event of teams finishing level on points, the team with least fixtures fulfilled will be relegated.
7) Where teams finish with the same number of points having played same number of fixtures, the final placing regarding Promotion, Relegation and Divisional Winners will be decided as follows:

- The outcome of the meeting of the two teams in the group.
- The higher number of goals scored in the game involving the two teams in the group.

WHERE MORE THAN TWO TEAMS ARE INVOLVED
- The higher number of League Points obtained in the “Head-to-Head” games. “Head-to-Head” games are defined as the games in which the teams involved in the tie have played each other.
- The higher Scoring Difference (subtracting the total Scores Against from total Scores For) in the “Head-to-Head” games.
- The higher Scores For in the “Head-to-Head” games.
- The higher Goals Scored in the “Head-to-Head” games.
- Score Difference for all league games – Subtracting the Total Scores Against from the Total Scores For of all league games (Refer to Note 1 regarding games awarded without a score)
- Total Scores for in all league games (Refer to Note 1 regarding games awarded without a score)
- Playoff
NOTE: Games Awarded Without a Score (e.g. Walkovers)
- For a team that has been awarded a game without a score, its “Average Score For” and “Average Score Against” achieved in games played in the league shall be added to its “Score For” and “Scores Against” totals.
- For a team against whom a game has been awarded without a score, it shall have zero added to its “Scores For” total. Its “Average Score Against” achieved in games played in the league shall be added to its “Scores Against” totals.
