Keanes SuperValu Minor Hurling Championship Final
The final of the Keanes Supervalu Killorglin Minor Hurling Championship will take place on this coming Sunday when
Lixnaw play St Brendans in Kilmoyley at 1pm.

Intermediate Hurling Championship Final
Dr Crokes play Kilmoyley in the Intermediate Hurling Championship final in Abbeydorney on Sunday next at 3pm. If Dr Crokes win they will represent Kerry in the Munster Junior Hurling Championship away to the Limerick champions on November 1st. If Kilmoyley win then the winners of the South Kerry championship will represent Kerry.

Junior Hurling Championship Final

Duagh play Austin Stacks in the County Junior Hurling Championship Final on Sunday next in Lixnaw at 1:30.

Under 21 Hurling Championship Semi Finals
O'Dorney/Ballyheigue qualified to meet St Brendans in the Under 21 Championship semi final following a 1-15 to 3-6 victory over Crotta at Abbeydorney on Sunday. South Kerry play Causeway in the other semi finbal. No date has been fixed for these games.

Acorn Life Under 21 Championship

Three of the semi-finalists in the Acorn Life Under 21 hurling championship are known after last weekend’s action. On Friday evening at Kilmoyley, Causeway had a 0 – 17 to 1 – 12 win over the home side. On Sunday at Lixnaw, in a very competitive encounter, St. Brendan’s held out for a one point win over the Lixnaw, 2 – 11 to 1 – 13. South Kerry had already received a bye to the semi-final. The remaining quarter final was deferred until this Sunday when Abbeydorney/Ballyheigue take on Crotta O’Neill’s at Abbeydorney at 12 noon.
The semi-final draw has resulted in the following pairings: St. Brendan’s v winners of Abbeydorney/Ballyheigue v Crotta O’Neill’s; Causeway v South Kerry (dates and venues to be confirmed).

Keanes Supervalu Killorglin Minor Hurling Championship
The semi-finals of the county minor hurling championship are fixed for this Saturday, 10th October at 1.00p.m. St. Brendan’s play South Kerry at Lewis Road, Killarney while Ballyduff/Causeway take on the holders Lixnaw at Abbeydorney.

Intermediate Championship Final
Dr. Crokes play Kilmoyley in the county intermediate championship final on Sunday October 18th at Abbeydorney. If Dr Crokes win they will represent Kerry in the Munster Junior Club Championship. Should Kilmoyley win, then the winners of the South Kerry Hurling championship will represent Kerry. The Kerry representatives will play the Limerick champions on November 1st.

Junior Hurling Championship Final
Sunday, 18th October has been confirmed as the date for the Austin Stacks versus Duagh Jjunior championship final (venue to be confirmed).

North Kerry Hurling history
‘North Kerry – a hurling history’ – a book on the 90 year history of the North Kerry Hurling Board will be launched on Sunday week, 18th October by Aogán Ó Fearghaíl, Uachtarán, Cumann Luthchleas Gael. Venue is Ballyroe Heights Hotel where proceedings get underway at 8.00p.m. The hardback, A4 sized book, runs to 256 pages and with over 150 photographs, will go on sale at the launch at a cost of €20. Anyone interested is invited to attend, with a particular welcome to anyone who had a direct link or a family link with the Board over the years, including former officers and delegates and past and current players.
