Friday 09th May, 2014

Division 2 FinalBalydonoghue 2-15 Milltown/Castlemaine 3-2Conditions were far from ideal for this Keanes Supervalu Killorglin Minor Football League Division 2 final played at Strand Road on Friday evening with non-stop rainfall throughout the game however, this did not stop Ballydonoghue from recording a well deserved victory over Milltown-Castlemaine.There was little between the sides in the first half and only a goal in favour of Ballydonoghue separated the...

Glenflesk, with the likes of Daniel O’Brien, Eoin O’Meara and sharpshooter Lee O’Donoghue in top form, were dictating proceedings and that four point half time lead was well...

Fossa 3-9 Moyvane/Tarbert 2-7Fossa were crowned Minor Football League Division 4 champions at a wet Strand Road on Friday evening (2/5/14) proving too strong in the end for a very game North Kerry outfit. Two goals in as many minutes for the winners between the 10th and 12th minutes were the decisive scores in this match and they gave Fossa the cushion to withstand the best that Moyvane/Tarbert could throw at them thereafter. Two early Andrew Doherty points had...
