Double Bill in Hyde Park for Kerry Minor and Under 21 Hurlers
Both the Co. Minor and Under 21 teams will be in action on Saturday, 12 August in their respective All-Ireland ‘B’ championships. The Minors will play Kildare in round 1 and they will be aiming for an unprecedented 6th title in a row at this level. The Under 21 team will play the winners of the All-Ireland ‘C’ competition in the quarter final.
Both of these games will be played as a double header in Dr Hyde Park in Roscommon with the Minor throwing in at 2pm and the Under 21 at 3:45pm. Extra time of 10 minutes a half and an additional period of extra time of five minutes a half will be played if necessary followed by free taking to find a winner if the teams are still level after extra time.
The Kerry Minor and Under 21 Teams will be announced on Thursday evening at 9pm.
