Strength and Conditioning Workshop

A pre-season Strength and Conditioning workshop will take place on Friday 27th January at 7pm in Killarney Community College.
This workshop is aimed at Coaches involved with teams from U 16 to Senior level and will be presented by Strength and Conditioning Coach Arthur Fitzgerald. The night will consist of practical demonstrations on techniques and drills to improve the physical Conditioning of players.
As all teams are starting back training at present this workshop provides an excellent opportunity for coaches and trainers to pick up some new ideas.
It is important that all clubs avail of this opportunity and encourage as many of their coaches as possible to attend.
