Strength and Conditioning Workshop

A pre-season Strength and Conditioning workshop will take place on Monday 30th January at 8pm in St Michaels College Listowel.
This workshop is aimed at Coaches involved with teams from U 16 to Senior level and will be presented by Strength and Conditioning Coach Joe O Connor. Joe has worked with the Kerry Senior Footballers and Hurlers, Waterford Senior Hurlers and is presently working with the Clare Senior Hurlers.
